Sbajee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using

Sbajee (https://sbajee.im) is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, jackpot, and other gaming services. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Sbajee and its users.

By using any Sbajee service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To open an account on Sbajee, you must register with accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false information will be closed.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each individual may only open one account.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required for registration.
• A national ID or passport may be required for account verification.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to your registration details must be reported to support immediately.

Sbajee supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Deposits cannot be reversed once completed.
• Payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.
• If any fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, Sbajee reserves the right to investigate the account.

Withdrawing winnings from Sbajee is subject to certain rules that apply equally to all users.

• Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 3–6 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If there is an active bonus on your account, withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirements are met.

Sbajee offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and referral bonus. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be fulfilled.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 10x to 20x.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses fraudulently will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Sbajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.
• The referral bonus applies only after the referred user makes their first deposit.

All bets placed on Sbajee are subject to a set of general rules that apply across all game types and betting markets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Sbajee reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Sbajee is not responsible for any issues arising from internet disruptions during live betting.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and event.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same event to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is prohibited.

Certified RNG is used for lottery and jackpot games. Results are entirely random and not predetermined. RTP (Return to Player) information for all games on Sbajee is transparently published on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sbajee platform. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds on account.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.

Sbajee may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide verification information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. However, if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, those bonuses will be forfeited.

• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
• The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is legally valid and enforceable.
